Spray foam insulation · since 2007

Spray foam insulation from foundation to roof.

Spray-applied PUR foam fills every gap and forms a monolithic layer that never sags or lets the cold through. We work across Estonia – with our own generator even on sites that have no power yet.

What is PUR foam?

Seamless insulation that fills every gap

Polyurethane (PUR) foam is a highly effective, easy-to-apply insulation material formed when two components mix, with very low thermal conductivity. It's sprayed directly onto the surface, expands and cures within minutes, forming an even, airtight layer with no joints or thermal bridges.

Two foam types

The right foam for every surface

Closed-cell foam for exterior surfaces and damp conditions. Open-cell foam for interiors and timber structures.

Premium

Closed-cell foam

Maximum thermal performance and moisture barrier. An airtight, monolithic layer with no thermal bridges. Suited to demanding conditions: plinth, foundation, roof, exterior walls.

  • Density27–45 kg/m³
  • Conductivity λ0.020–0.027 W/(m·K)
  • Moisture barrierYes
  • Optimal layer50–150 mm
from €220 /m³ + VAT
Economical

Open-cell foam

Breathable and sound-dampening. Especially suited to timber structures, attics and interior walls where a thicker layer is needed.

  • Density6–12 kg/m³
  • Conductivity λ0.033–0.038 W/(m·K)
  • Sound dampeningYes
  • Optimal layer200–300 mm
from €90 /m³ + VAT
We know the Nordic climate well
Why PUR Projekt

We know the Nordic climate well

  • Experience since 2007The company has been insulating buildings since 2007. Long experience allows us to select the right foam type and layer thickness for every structure.
  • Own power on siteWe produce the power we need ourselves (32A generator). We can work even on sites where electricity isn't connected yet.
  • Up to 100 m of hoseMaterial and equipment travel in one vehicle, and the hose reaches 100 metres. We get into basements, attics and the far end of the yard.
  • Fast applicationGerman WIWA Wagner spray technology. A typical house roof can be insulated in a single working day.

Spraying

We spray the PUR foam with German WIWA Wagner technology – fast, even and seamless.

04

Done

The foam reaches full strength within minutes and the site is ready for the next stage of construction.

PUR vs mineral wool

Why choose PUR foam

  • Seamless and monolithicOne even layer with no joints or seams – no thermal bridges like board materials.
  • Doesn't settle over timeThe foam keeps its shape and thermal performance for decades, unlike settling wool.
  • Acts as an air barrierClosed-cell foam holds water and moisture – for plinths and foundations it's insulation and waterproofing in one.
  • A more profitable investmentLower heating bills every month and a long lifespan make PUR foam the more economical choice in the long run.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know before insulating

How long does PUR foam last?
Correctly applied PUR foam lasts 50+ years with no change in properties. It doesn't settle or lose its thermal performance like some traditional materials.
Can you work on a site with no electricity?
Yes. We bring our own 32A generator, so we can carry out work on construction sites where electricity isn't connected yet.
How quickly is the work completed?
It depends on the site, but a typical house roof can be insulated in a single working day. The foam reaches its final strength within minutes.
What's the difference between closed- and open-cell foam?
Closed-cell foam is denser, holds moisture and suits exterior conditions (foundation, roof, facade). Open-cell foam is breathable, sound-dampening and more economical, suited to interior walls and attics.
Does PUR foam need protection?
In exterior conditions the foam must be protected from UV radiation with a finishing layer or facade cladding to prevent sun damage. We discuss this on site.
How is the price formed?
The final budget depends on the foam type, layer thickness, total volume, and the location and complexity of the site. The price per m³ is lower for larger volumes. Use the calculator for an indicative price.
